The Gift of a New Day

Monday, a change of pace, a chance to unwrap a new day and see what gifts are inside.

Hoping that we can all find things that help our mind, body, spirit, friendships, and relationships - so we can do more, enjoy more as we continue our journey onward and upward.

Most of all just cultivate the practice of being thankful for being here now.

Deep breath.

Quieting the distractions.

Listening for that still small voice inside.
