California Giant Strawberry Pie

I made this pie with the two quarts of the new California Giant strawberries, Krusteaz Scone Mix and a container of Marie's Strawberry Glaze. It's vegan, but I think it would be good with some whipped cream, ice cream or Soy Whip. It was super simple - just add 2/3 cup of soy milk to the Krusteaz mix, stir it up, and form it in the pie pan - bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash and slice the berries and add the glaze. Once the crust is semi-cool put your strawberry mix on top. Add whipped topping, or ice cream when ready to serve.
