Technology Review has an A.P. article saying Seagate is rolling out a 750 gigabyte hardrive for $559 - about 75 cents per gigabyte.
The drive will hold about 75 hours of high-definition video or 375 hours of standard-definition T.V.
The previous industry standard was 500 gigabytes.
Pretty soon we will have 1000 gigabyte (terrabyte) drives.
